Scope and contract formation

These terms apply to use of the site and, unless a different written agreement applies, services ordered online. For custom projects, the accepted proposal or contract sets the scope, price, timing, and delivery; mandatory consumer rights prevail.

A paid online Site Doctor order is formed when payment is successfully confirmed. Before ordering, you can correct entered information, go back, or abandon Stripe Checkout. Transaction confirmation and the payment document are provided on a durable medium, normally by email or downloadable document.

Services and permitted use

• Ultron builds websites, mobile apps, infrastructure, servers, automation, and custom software solutions.
• Site Doctor may be used only for a public website you own or are authorized to assess. Do not submit private, authentication, password-reset, or secret-sharing links.
• You must not disrupt the site, other systems, or people, obtain unauthorized access, or publish a report access key.

Site Doctor digital product

The paid product is a one-time unlock of a completed audit snapshot at a private report URL, with the described checks plus one re-scan after site-control verification. This verifies technical control of the site for the re-scan; it does not establish legal ownership. The product is not a subscription, continuous monitoring, certification, legal opinion, or penetration test. The report is based on automated observations at a point in time, may contain false positives or negatives, and may require professional review.

Price, tax, and payment

The final one-time gross Site Doctor price is EUR 19.99. Applicable VAT or sales tax is included; Stripe Tax shows the exact tax component based on the billing location before order confirmation. There is no delivery charge and no recurring billing.

Card payment is processed on a checkout page hosted by Stripe. Ultron does not receive or store the full card number or security code. Stripe shows the available payment methods and final amount before confirmation.

Digital delivery and withdrawal

As a consumer, you generally have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts. Before payment, a separate unticked checkbox lets you expressly request immediate performance during that period. That request does not remove a mandatory withdrawal right unless every legal condition for an exception is met. Throughout the applicable period you can submit the online withdrawal form below.

This exception does not affect remedies for defective or nonconforming digital content or services, erroneous or duplicate charges, unconfirmed payments, or other mandatory consumer rights.

Consumer withdrawal: Use this online function to submit a consumer withdrawal request. It remains available throughout any applicable withdrawal period. Online withdrawal function. Your request takes effect when you submit this form. We record its content, date, and time before attempting email delivery.

Conformity, complaints, and refunds

If the digital product is not supplied or does not conform to the contract, the remedies available under Romanian and EU law apply, including, where appropriate, bringing it into conformity, a proportionate price reduction, or contract termination and refund. Email the address below with the opaque SD- reference and a description of the problem. An approved full refund revokes paid-report access; refunds are normally made to the original payment method.

Intellectual property and liability

Ultron branding, original text, design, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may use a report internally or for client work, but may not resell it as a misleading certification or remove its source or limitation notices.

To the extent permitted by law, Ultron is not liable for loss resulting from decisions based solely on an automated report, lost profit, or indirect damage. Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional or grossly negligent conduct, personal injury, or mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Romanian law, without affecting mandatory protection and court jurisdiction available to a consumer in their country of residence. Please first send a complaint by email; we will try to resolve it amicably.

Consumers may also use ANPC’s alternative dispute-resolution system (SAL): https://reclamatiisal.anpc.ro. The former European SOL/ODR platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025, so we do not display an obsolete SOL link.
